Hi All it,s me again ! well i have some spare time so what the heck i might as well have some fun posting some more memories of one of the best periods of my karate career with the IBA. I must say a big thank you to Ninj for creating this forum, over the last year or so i have not trained much at all due to various things that have gone wrong in my life. Finding this forum has given me a new lease of life and i am starting to get back into training and teaching. A BIG THANK YOU.

It's an absolute pleasure! Glad you're enjoying the site and it's the great things you are posting that's making it what it is!

You'll have to come along to the next IBA Course (details to follow), you'd be more than welcome. Glad to hear you're back training again.
