Goodbye Sensei

This week our beloved Sensei and friend, Arnie Bestwick, lost his three year battle with cancer. He sadly passed away in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

A true friend and superb teacher, Arnie will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. His passing is a huge loss to the Martial Arts but a greater loss to life itself. The world has just got that little bit darker and heaven is now a lot brighter.

He's now with Phil Sensei waiting for us all, looking down on us.

Goodbye old friend, rest in peace and know that you are always in our hearts.
