Milners Marauders Course 2010

A great day, one which I VERY nearly talked myself out of going. Having witnessed O'Sensei's training sessions, it was always something you were quite happy to have as just a memory.

However, nothing in this life is easy and pain and sweat go hand in hand and bring the greatest rewards. It was a great day, the sense of relief at 2.55pm was tremendous.

I wouldn't have missed it for the world. Great to train with everyone on the day and it just goes to show - how really well-made British Breeze Blocks are made
